Get settled, meet the crew, set up your dev environment. Evening kickoff session to share what you're working on.

Day 2

Deep Work

Full day of building, pairing, and problem-solving. Structured brainstorm sessions mixed with free-form coding. Cook-up something real.

Day 3

Ship & Share

Polish what you've built. Show-and-tell demos. Wrap up with a plan to keep the momentum going.
